What you will do…
In a nutshell
As Investor Relation Manager, you take full ownership for our next funds, for the expansion of our investor/LP network (Europe wide) and among other interesting tasks, you are responsible for our roadshows, the fundraising strategy and the first point of contact for the investors/LPs. We believe in the power of technology to shape and change society and with you, we would like to implement our next successful funds and establish Cusp Capital even further in the European investor/LP world. 
You can also expect a positive working atmosphere with flat hierarchies in which you can (and should) contribute yourself and your ideas at any time. You report directly to our General Partner.

  • Responsibility and successful expansion of the existing investor/LPs network.
  • Conception and realisation of roadshows to attract new LPs (Europe-wide).
  • Preparation and creation of relevant materials for investors/LPs, including presentation materials.
  • Ongoing market and competition monitoring, including dialogue with fund initiators and potential investors.
  • Preparation of LP appointments (fundraising), briefings, documents, coordination, documentation incl. subsequent follow-up.
  • Coordination of the subscription, KYC and onboarding process.
  • Further development and design of Cusp Capital's equity story.
  • Management of the fundraising project office and the fundraising strategy.
  • Organisation and implementation of the annual investor events and board meetings.
  • Administration and updating of data preparation incl. database maintenance.
  • Contact person for investors/LPs and close cooperation with important external service providers and internal stakeholders.
What we expect…
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in investor relations, fundraising, fund placement advisory, consulting or with an LP background.
  • A degree in economics/finance or communications or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of private markets and the venture capital scene. 
  • Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, LPs and external partners.
  • Your are fluent in English, written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage (e.g. German).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, a strong sense of responsibility and strong organisational skills complete your profile.
  • High willingness to travel within Europe for personal investor/LP networking and participation in events.
